  • With over 10 years of auditing experience, specializing in various industries including shipping, vessel chartering, freight forwarding, IT services, trading and manufacturing;

  • Have experience in auditing publicly listed companies, subsidiaries of international groups and local entities.

  • Employed as an Audit Manager at a full-time basis in a sizable local CPA firm. Practise in my own name at a part-time basis in Hong Kong.

Basic Requirements to HK Companies

In accordance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), all companies incorporated in Hong Kong are required to have an annual audit.

The Inland Revenue Ordinance (Chapter 112) also requires all incorporated companies to enclose audited financial statements together with the submission of a Profits Tax Return to the Inland Revenue Department.
